• Easy 7-day returns and exchanges: If the fit isn’t right, the product isn’t what you expected, or you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, please share photographs to help us resolve the issue quickly. We’ll arrange an exchange or refund.
• Return condition: Please return the piece unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and all set components. Trying it on to check the fit is absolutely fine.
• Free return pickup: We offer free return or exchange pickup per order. If pickup isn’t available at your pin code, we’ll help arrange a return and reimburse agreed standard shipping costs.
• Refund to your original payment method: Approved returns receive a refund of the amount paid for the returned item — COD refunds are made to your verified bank account or UPI ID.
• Clear refund timelines: We check returns within 3 business days of receiving them and initiate approved refunds within the next 2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take another 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
• Easy exchanges: Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose a refund.
